Mise-en-scene New Hello Bubble 4B Whale Deep Blue is a Korean foam-type self hair dye designed to make at-home colouring simple. You just work it through your hair like a shampoo, with no brush or bowl needed.

Formulated with a long-lasting bubble foam that clings closely to the hair, it is designed to help colour spread evenly and stay put. A colour-protecting ampoule is included, and the formula has no added PPD or ammonia.
